My favorite resturant and bar. Best place to sit for an afternoon and often into the evening for drinks, food, good company, cute waiter and awesome owners. Can't wait to get back for happy hour next year. See you in 2013

We stopped by randomly for drinks. It was so nice to be able to sit on the beach with your toes in the sand drinking wonderful drinks... Had wonderful service and we will be back next time we are in the area !

Just love going to Mar y Sol. The waiters are some of the best entertainers and they make your time there very enjoyable. The food is great and their Margarites are the best. We will be back in October to enjoy some of the best food Bucerias has to offer

My favorite place for delicious dinners(awesome menu!) made with fresh ingredients and generous portions! Plus they'll cook things to your taste if you ask, and the staff have a great sense of humor if you take the time to get to know them. Nancy and Miguel are friendly and committed to providing a great experience, so you should feel free to talk with them about any questions or concerns or suggestions you may have. We have spent a lot of time at Mar y Sol, and Nancy and Miguel make us feel like family. Mar y Sol is beach casual during the day, with a relaxed but slightly more dressed up feel in the evenings for those awesome dinner feasts I mentioned earlier. It's a lovely place, so I hope you'll check it out!

I tried the Red Snapper Mar y Sol style and it was to die for! My friends ordered the full Red Snapper smoked...equally good (but I think mine was better :) Margaritas are great also.

Been going to Bucerias now for four years - and at the end of the day I always seem to end up at Mar y Sol (or the Lobster House). What is neat is they actually remember who we are and we are now family You can rent a chair on the beach and spend the day there (showers if you need after a day a the beacj) - ( bucket of beer 5 for 80 pesos) and don't forget their 2x1 Margarites (all day). BEST MEAL Grilled whole fished (serves at least 2-3 people ours what 1.2 KG it feed 4). Live music in the evenings. The owner takes pride in her restaurant and is there evertday! MUST DO!

Absolutely wonderful place to relax with a cerveza and listen to the waves crashing on the shore. It is the perfect place to watch the breath-taking Bucerias sunsets. The seafood salad I had was magnificent and my friend's shrimp chowder was absolutely the best. The staff and owners are friendly and outgoing and the music in the background, perfect! Thanks to Nancy and her "family".

my favorite restaurant and beach bar for 15 years! food is always wonderful and the staff and owners are always friendly and accomodating!try the filet mignon! try the bacon wrapped jumbo shrimp! Fabuloso!
