La PachangaLa Pachanga eatery carries an air of nonchalance, where one can sit their afternoon away on the open aired covered patio. Listen to music as well as chatting with friends till the wee hours of the night. The owners are well known to the Bucerias area as well as to the visiting tourists. Live Rock n Roll bands every Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday!
How to build the ultimate Gourmet Sausage Dog Burger (All made fresh on site): 1. Choose your sausage: Original, Italian, Polish, Hot Italian (don't bring one, choose one of ours) Bite into a La Pachanga Sausage Buger and experience the difference that our uncompromising standard makes. Now since your hungry, you should come for breakfast first, Sausage Bunwich, Bacon or Ham Bunwich, Eggs & Toast Breakfast special, Supreme Burrito or a Traditional Breakfast - $20 - $40 pesos
Or try a Meatball Sub - $60 pesos or a Burger - $45 - $55 pesos (all made fresh on site): Cheeseburger, Bacon Cheeseburger, Chii Cheeseburger, Vegetarian Burger, Sausage Burger, Chicken Breast Burger (served with ketchup, mustard, pickles, onions, lettuce, mayo and includes choice of French fries or patoto salad). There are other treats like Poutine, Onion rings, Chicken Strips, Clubhouse, Nachos, Shrimp Cocktail Wings, Cesar Salad, and Deserts - but we are confident you will come and see the whole menu yourself!

Great new restaurante with excellent prices. I had a bacon chessburger and a Pachanga Margarita. Best burger and margarita in that town!! make sure to try it.

Great new place since my last visit. Their own sausage dogs were amazing and just the way I like em! Very clean as well. It's a "for sure" place to go on my next visit. The waitress was very friendly.

Just walking by this new place. Noticed cheap drinks and food. Thought I would give it a try. WOW is all I can say. Sausages in Bucerias!!! Great Food, Great People, Great Location, and AWESOME Prices. Been back twice since they opened three days ago. Those things are addictive. Keep up the good work.
