Best known for: Beach view, casual dining with incredible sunsets! |
Adautos Restaraunt BuceriasAdauto's is one of those rare finds. The moment you walk in, you instantly feel the camaraderie amongst the staff who has been working together for over 14 years. Most nights you will be greeted by Adauto himself who will entertain you with his charm and many stories. With a beautiful view from every corner, friendly service and fantastic food, Adautos On The Beach is sure to have you come back for more!
Previously part owner of Cafe Chapultepec at Hotel Los Tulles in Puerto Vallarta, yet loyal friends still follow him to his Bucerias restaraunt to this day, even buying into local Real Estate to stay close. The reason - "Adauto is a friend" many say. They come because they feel close, comfortable and "Adauto and his staff feel like family!"
Some of the popular dishes:
Visit for lunch and eat under a palapa right on the beach! Order a bucket of Cervezas, some Seafood Nachos, Ceviche or even the large Shrimp Cocktail and let yourself be absorbed by the beautiful waves crashing on the sea.
Some Testimonials On our last visit, we had the pleasure of meeting a couple from Seattle named Ray & Pat who indicated they had known Adauto for many years begining in Puerto Vallarta. Their weekly visits to the previous restaurant in PV turned into weekly visits out to Bucerias once Adauto moved. They followed and were influenced by the charm of Bucerias and eventually settled into buying a home here. Ray & Pat are the type of clientele that makes Adauto's special - they spend most of their days with the Pan de Vida (Bread of Life), an organinization that help kids that are living in the literal dump of PV, teaching them necessary skills to help them acquire a better lifestyle. When asked why do they come so often? They said "Its about building relationships! The staff are so friendly, its the best place we know to go to unwind and rid ourselves of the burdens we see at the dump". Their favorite dishes are Seafood Nachos and what is known as Manuel’s Special! (Manuel is the Senior Waitor). This special is not on the menu - Tapea (white fish) with capers! They suggest caution when ordering Margaritas, "unless you like crawling - they're huge". |

We knew Adauto at Los Tules and have followed him to Bucerias. There is not a better restaurant in all the Peurto Vallarta area. The food is excellent. The view is breathtaking. Most importantly the staff is as good as anywhere I have ever been. From every point of view Adauto's is FANTASTIC.

I make a point of spending at least one day per visit at Adauto's. The food is incredible, the service is excellant, and the atmosphere is in a class of its own. I can hardly to visit there next week.

Aduato is a consistently fine restaurant. We recently took guests who had been in the area several times but never left The Mayan. We chose Aduatos for dinner and they were enthralled with the place! Dinner was outstanding and Aduato was there working his magic with charm and enthusiasm. He takes pride in his restaurant and it is evident in every way.

Great seafood! We ordered Mahi Mahi in a white wine sauce. The fish was great, but it's the shrimp on top that put it over the top. I can honestly say I've never had such tasty shrimp. Next time...I'm ordering shrimp. The owner was there and talked to us for a brief while making us feel like family. Although we got there late, and they were closing by the time we finished...they never made us feel rushed. We will be back.
