Vera Bakery

Owners Christian from Argentina and Jorge from Mexico have introduced a new bakery to the area. Vera's style and design influenced by Architech Jorge has brought a welcomed modern feel to traditional Bucerias.

Vera bakery takes its name after owner Christian's mother. He remembers a time when she would bake days in advance for an upcoming event. She has influenced their homestyle cakes, pastries and breads!

With 10 years experience as a pastry chef, Christian has worked his talent at Marriott Plaza Hotel in Buenos Aires, the Disney Cruise Line and the Four Season Hotel in Punta de Mita.

It was our privilege (Tim and I) to be the very first customers in Vera's cafe in 2010 and we believe that this little cafe is the best place in Bucerias. Not just for the fabulous coffee, baked goods and atmosphere but because Christian & Jorge bring to the cafe their beautiful spirits, generosity and kindness. Everything is made with love and you can truly taste the magic in their pastries. Everyone who visits Bucerias should take the time to stop in and meet these wonderful people and of course devour their goodies. You won't be disappointed.
