Shamrock Irish Pub and Lounge
Proud to be the first bar downtown Bucerias and open 5+ years here in Bucerias, owner Sharon Bell from Belfast, runs her bar as a family run business with her cousin Natalie from Dublin & the Internationally renowned Jesse. They have enjoyed being part of all the fun over the years and look forward to meeting many new friends of Shamrock Irish Pub and Lounge.
A note from Sharon, Owner of Shamrock Bar:
St Patrick’s day - March 17th, as always. This year's 5th annual St Patrick's festival here in Bucerias was a huge success! It has grown and grown over the years and I am hoping it will improve a little each time. Being mostly an outdoor event, we had live music throughout the day and night. This year my lineup included Joby Fox, a singer songwriter direct from Ireland who has just come out of the recording studio after making another CD. We also had Wain Mcfarlane, a American Idol finalist who has an amazing voice and stage presence. Two of the most popular local bands, Chillin Villians & Tikkilyches also played and during the day we hosted open mike moments as well.
In between the live acts we had a specialist Irish DJ to spin out all those popular St Patrick’s Irish tunes.
Everyone enjoyed our corned beef and cabbage (we don't actually eat that in Ireland but everyone likes it), our delicious Irish Stew, pies and of course "the best burgers in town!
A family event - we had trampolines, face painters, etc. The kids have always had a blast.
PEACE, my well loved charity was with us – we are grateful to have them helping us out.
