This air conditioned new restaurant is a bright spot for Bucerias.  The only Sushi Bar to the north outside of Nuevo Vallarta, it is a hidden gem! 

Here are some of the chef's specialties:

Lemon Special - Salmon and scallops outside and topped with crab, octopus, and lime salad.
Alejandro Fernandez - Tuna outside and topped with a spicy salad and crab with lime
Ebi Tempura Roll - Algea with shrimp stuffed with crab salad

     

   

Syoukado - Plate of fast food Japanese style! 

Tempura shrimp, beef & chicken teriyaki, breaded robalo fish, fresh green salad & california rolls - served with rice and octopus sashimi!

Fantastic experience. Amazing service. Delicious food!!!! We can't say enough about the restaurant. We tried this website's recommended especial limon along with a combo and a tempura and wow! Next time we'll try the servers recommend of the 'alexandra' roll. And there will be a next time! So great I wrote the owner!

Just ate there for the first time. I was very pleased with the service, menu, pricing and food. I had a Jasmine Te Frappe and a "Bola De Fuego". Weird name since it was not spicy at all, but super good. It was a giant breaded ball of rice filled with cream cheese, avocado, and shrimp. Will definitely return to try other things on the menu.

My husband and I are sushi snobs and I have to tell you that this place has thebest sushi hands down. We talk about returning to PV seriously just to eat here!

They have amazing sushi and great services.I can still taste it! Its hard to drive by it without wanting to go in for a snack.
