Owners Julio and his wife Rita have taken their passion of working 15+ years in the restaurant industry and have opened their very own restaurant in La Cruz Huanacaxtle. Sesame Crusted Yellow Fin Tuna – with organic salad with wasabi soy-ginger sauce
Fish Cake – with a sweet corn salad, fennel, celery and a ginger aioli
Panzanella Salad – with tapenade tomato confit, croutons, blue cheese and basil aioli
Organic Mussels – in a seafood broth with fine herbs, fennel, tomato & white wine
