Located 1/2 a block towards the highway from Twisted Rose, Le Provence is a new addition to Bucerias Centro.

After studying the Art of Cuisine and graduating from a prestigious cooking school in France, Chef Eric set off to share his talent in different countries such as France, Thailand, Spain and now Mexico.
Eric of Le Provence has since built a reputation for creating special menus for his guests. Eric prides himself on presentation of his dishes down to the cleanliness of his kitchen.
Here is a sample of the favorites:
APPETIZER
- Mousse de foie de canard, terrine de porc ou de lapin - Homemade liver pate (duck, pork or rabbit)
- Soupe a l'oignon - Onion soup
- Salade avec du fromage de chevre chaud - Salad with warm goat cheese
MAIN COURSE
- Coquille St-Jacques - Seafood flambe in cognac with creme fraiche
- Boeuf Bourguignon - Slow simmered beef in red wine
- Cailles farcies - Stuffed quails
- Ragout d'agneau ou de veau - Lamb or veal stew
- Lapin a la moutarde - Rabbit with mustard sauce
DESSERT
- Tarte Tatin - Upside-down apple tart (a French classic!)

This family owned restaurant is a great place to have traditional French cuisine as French Chef Eric delights his guests with different dishes of his home Country.
Many people associate French cuisine with "Nouvelle cuisine" where very little is presented.
To the contrary, Le Provence offers generous portions supplemented with the freshest vegetables and herbs.

It's in Bucerias acros twisted rose a very nice restaurant with air conditionner where we can taste french speciality. it's really delicious and the portions are very huge. great place in bucerias and great food by the chief eric.

we have eat in a restaurant Le Provence in Bucerias. The chief Eric has cooked french speciality of south of France Its very delicious and fresh and we have passed a very wonderful moment I think that you must go

and its a little restaurant in bucerias where the food is very good Very fresh"bouillabaisse " like in Marseille and the "daube" wonderful now there is air conditionner and we have pased a very nice moment
