Cafe Paraiso has a very knowledgeable staff from the Seattle, WA. area (the coffee drinking capital of the world) with many years of combined experience in the coffee and restaurant business. At Cafe Paraiso (Coffee Paradise), only the best 100% organically grown coffee is available. It comes from a small plantation in a tiny village up in the mountains east of Puerto Vallarta and Bucerias. All the coffee beans are hand picked, peeled, sorted, and washed by the family of four that currently own/run the plantation. Some of the bean producing trees on this plantation are upwards of 400 years old! Although the property has been bought and sold several times through the years, some of the original trees are still there and still producing great tasting coffee beans.

In addition to the wonderful coffee and espresso drinks, try the homemade brownies, a variety of bagels with different flavored cream cheese, and several other snack/breakfast type foods to compliment your delicous cup of coffee.
