Enter the villa through a spectacular wooden gate and be prepared to see a new world of colors, hand painted Mexican tiles, Cantera stones arches and to be surrounded by a lush tropical garden.

You will be greeted by the best hospitality Mexico has to offer with a complimentary cold margarita and a warm smile.  While staying at the villa, take advantage of the onsite cheft who will introduce you to some of Mexico's favorites.  Take an evening stroll down the beach, an after dinner dip in the heated swimming pool or have a cocktail and watch the sunset from your terrace.

The main villa offers 4 king-size bedrooms with their own ensuite bathrooms and air conditioning as well as a private heated courtyard pool and palapa bar. 

  

   

There are also 4 independent  casita apartments which are self contained, fully furnished and decorated. Two of the casitas offer 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and the other two have 2 bedrooms, 1 bath.

Hacienda Patrizia offers the option of a cook, maid, and houseman to take care of all of the cleaning, cooking, shopping and bartending.  This would include two meals daily, plus snacks (except Sundays, unless prior arrangements are made) where you choose the menu and reimburse the staff for the cost of groceries. (Only cash please, receipts will be provided.)
