This Ristorante opened its doors to the public on the 22nd of November of 2006. In a surprisingly short time, it has won the hearts and the appreciation of a select and varied clientele of tourists as well as local residents from the north region of the Bay of Banderas as well as Puerto Vallarta.
Located in La Cruz de Hunacaxtle and only 20 minutes north of Puerto Vallarta, Frascati offers Italian cuisine with spirit and a warm atmosphere derived from the beautiful region of Toscana, where a wide variety of renowned and authentic Italian dishes use only traditional recipes and ingredients of the highest quality.

Its owners, Philippe Defayes, of Swiss decent but with a well developed Mexican essence, hotel administrator and successful restaurateur in the heart of Mexico; both hotel administrators themselves and whom had a strong affection and desire to grow roots in La Cruz for many years, decided to unite and create “Frascati La Cruz” in this lovely town of fishermen. Their dream? Offering to all residents and visitors of this area an authentic Italian cuisine featuring traditional and innovative dishes in a casual and friendly ambiance topped with a tropical touch as well as an excellent quality of service and attention to details not only in the elaboration and presentation of the dishes but also in the attention given to their clients.
