Casa Rainbow

The villa consists of a large studio downstairs and a three bedroom suite upstairs. The studio and suite are available for rent separately, or you can rent them both and have the whole house to yourself! The third floor has a bar and sitting area where you can appreciate beautiful sunsets and the ocean view.

Built on a quarter acre and surrounded by lush gardens, the pool and grounds are for use by house guests only, for your complete privacy.  The grounds include an area with full connections for two RV's, and additional private parking for several cars.

First Floor Studio - 1 BR / 1 bath, sleeps 2
$80-200 USD Nightly, $500-750 Weekly, $1600-2400 Monthly (please inquire for holiday rates)

    

Large studio with a kitchen, breakfast bar, queen size bed and a private bathroom. Perfect for a romantic get-away. There is a gas barbeque grill outside, and a dining area facing the swimming pool.  The room comes complete with a cordless telephone, cable TV, CD/DVD/VCR stereo, internet connection, alarm clock, and air conditioning.

Upper Floors Suites - 3 BR / 2 bath, sleeps 6
$160-300 Nightly, $1000-1500 Weekly, $3200-4800 Monthly (please inquire for holiday rates)

   

The second floor has vaulted ceilings and includes a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a small bedroom, and a bathroom with tub. Cordless telephone, cable TV, CD/DVD/VCR stereo, internet connection, alarm clock, and air conditioning are provided. A beautifully appointed master bedroom includes a king size bed, a private bathroom with tub, and an office with a cordless telephone, internet connection, CD/DVD/VCR stereo and cable TV.

The third floor bar and viewing area also has two twin beds and is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave oven, and coffee maker. The villa can also be rented as a whole. Inquire for rates and availability.

Amenities of the house include purified water, a cappuccino machine, air conditioning, laundry facilities, a workout area, lock boxes, wireless internet, cable TV, and maid service. You can even have your own private cook, available on request. Also available are towels, chairs, umbrella, and boogie boards for the beach!
