This one story casa boasts a large master bedroom with a king size bed and bath, and a spacious sitting area with VCR, stereo and air conditioning. The living / dining area includes small corner beds, ideal for children. The fully equipped kitchen, second full bathroom and a library of books, videos, stereo and games complete this colonial home.
Enjoy the 15’ wrap around patio with oversized equipale chairs for lounging or dining alfresco while listening to the tinkling of the water fountain.

On the beach and set against the fantastic natural setting of the Bay of Banderas and it’s beautiful sandy beaches, this two story casa is the ultimate in vacation living with lush tropical fragrant gardens and ocean breezes.
You can enjoy this two bedroom, three bath dream casa just a few feet from the beach. Upstairs, the two spacious bedrooms offer air conditioning, queen size beds and their own luxuriant open air baths. The secluded shaded terrace upstairs overlooks the eye-dazzling beach and makes a perfect spot for those massages we all “die for” or just to relax and feel the ocean breezes and have a margarita.. Downstairs, a palapa covered patio on the back side of the casa, faces the swimming pool which is surrounded by fragrant tropical plants and flowers.The casa is surrounded by majestic palms.
This colonial casa has an open air plan with a fully equipped kitchen and spacious living and dining areas, opening onto poolside and beachside covered terraces.
