What would be a complete package without the right food?  Bambuu offers a selective range of organic dishes.

Here is a sample of the menu:

BREAKFAST

  • Fruit cup Nevada - with yogurt, maple syrup and granola
  • French toasts with season fruit - whole wheat or regular
  • Chilaquiles - with chicken in red or green sauce
  • Egg white omelet - with salmon and cream cheese or spinach and mushroom
  • Scrambled veggie eggs - bell peppers, spinach, tomatoe, mushrooms or cherry tomatoes with basil

LUNCH

  • Green Ceviche - speciality of the house 
  • Organic green salad - goat cheese, pumpkin seed, alfalfa sprouts, cherry tomatoe, balsamic / basil vinaigrette
  • Spinach salad - with citrus fruit supremes and grilled pears, alfalfa sprouts on a chipotle mango vinaigrette
  • Fungi portobello - and wild mushroom soup with fresh lime; perfumed with epazote
  • Tuna fillet - seasoned with organic spices accompanied by spinach salad with lentils and guero chili peppers vinaigrette 
  • Shrimps - with vegetables roasts, wild rice with a garlic sauce and tamarind

Yesterday we had lunch at Los Arroyos verde. We had the seared tuna in adobo. Chef Rene did an excellent job. Could she share the recipe for the adobe on the tuna? Thanks, Deborah
