Food, fun and entertainment to raise funds for Manos de Amor Plaza

Rhythm and Ribs Event 2012. The staff and volunteers of Manos de Amor, the orphanage in Bucerias are once again gearing up for their premier event.  ALL proceeds go to the Casa Hogar,

There is live entertainment, raffle prizes, a silent auction and usually over 1500 people that come to this event. Tickets are sold beginning at 5:30 p.m. at a cost of $10 pesos each. Food service begins promptly at 6:00pm. One ticket buys you a small serving of food. Two tickets buys a beverage or a bigger portion of food, three tickets mas comida and four tickets...you get the idea.

All food is provided by local restaurants, businesses and residents such as BBQ ribs, chicken wings, tacos, tamales, chili, spaghetti, and other baked goods are available. One of the many wonderful things about this event in the plaza is that it is attended by the local Mexican people as well as the ex-pat residents and visitors to the area.
