On Friday, February 17th, Mark's is thrilled to present Willie and Lobo in concert. Willie and Lobo are international musical luminaries, known as the fabulous Gypsy Boogaloo Duo. This will be a dinner and show so reserve early as you don't want to miss this.

To Start – choose from:

• Beef Carpaccio, truffle oil, capers, shaved Parmesan and individual pate mousse brulee, cranberry-pomegranate compote
• Tempura Spicy Tuna Roll with sesame-soy vinaigrette
• Pink Lentil Crusted Baby Scallops on cilantro couscous, citrus miso sauce

Main Course – choose from:

• Spice Rubbed Pork Chop from the Rack, creamy polenta and ratatoullie port - star anis reduction sauce
• Macadamia Crusted Sea Bass on wilted spinach with crispy ginger fruit salsa and Thai curry sauce
• Grilled Beef Tenderloin on horseradish mashed potatoes, mushroom ragout, winter vegetables, roasted tomato ancho chile demiglace

Desserts – choose from:

• Coconut Ice Cream with Macadamia chile brittle
• Key Lime Pie with Oreo Chocolate cookie crust, whipped cream
• Coconut Flan, caramel sauce and shaved coconut
